"A typical Burger King but the people were great! I smelled the burgers cooking and finally found it. Went in and asked them to make my burgers fresh with soft buns. That's just what they gave me. Along with fresh hot onion rings. I don't eat at fast food places much but it was delicious!"

"Terrible service, workers gave me 5 pieces of chicken nuggets taking out 1 chicken nugget for no reason, giving attitude/racist. Also overheard that the customer had received cold food and had to tell the employee to heat up. And charged me for extras and never even gave them."

"Drive up about 7:10. There were about 7 cars in front and I was one car from the speaker. Not one car moved until about 7:30 when two cars in front of me left. I drove up to the speaker and the guy says how can I help you? I asked if they were ever going to wait on anybody and if I give my order when do you think I might get it since nobody has gotten anything yet. I said I’m leaving and just wanted to tell them how much they suck. I would love to have seen how much longer they were going to take to wait on the first car but I have a life. I would not have been there if my grandson had not insisted on Burger King. I think he is cured of that desire. What is wrong with this company? Either they are totally closed or they give the worst service of all the fast food places."

"I visited on a rainy Saturday. It was pouring outside. I walked over from the EV Charging stations to grab a bite to eat. First, I noticed a guy outside stooped down smoking a cig right outside the entrance. I thought nothing of it, then I walked inside. One step and I slipped, fell backwards, right into the floor. Embarrassing, I know. Well, I have never fallen before unless you count a slip in my shower, but I have never fallen and fell completely on my butt until that day. The guy who was smoking, quit to come in and help me up. He made a remark about my shoes needing better grip. This upset me because as I got up, I realized there was no mat for customers to wipe their feet. It was rolled up in the corner when if it had been on the floor, I would not have slipped and fallen. I asked to speak to a manager. That guy was the manager. He was very nice, professional, and accommodating. I was in pain for weeks. I went to urgent care and thank goodness nothing was broken. He comped my meal, but honestly, I could not even eat. I was no longer hungry. I ate my onion rings and took the whopper home with me. I am filing a claim with the company for the fall. Still waiting to hear back."

"Drive through was incredibly slow. It took 5 minutes to order but was told to wait around the other side of the building while they prepared our food. Waited about 15 minutes to get our food, then went inside to see what was going on. They had given our food to someone else. They had to remake it. Waited about 25 minutes for food Terrible experience."
