"Highly dissatisfied. First and last time going to the Brook Rd location. We ordered 50 wings (10 garlic and parmesan, 10 24 karat gold, 15 plain breaded, and 15 honey bbq), fried pickles, and mozzarella sticks. The sauces were good but the wings were extremely dry, like stale jerkey, and inedible. The fried pickles had zero flavor and it was like it had 4 layers of breading. The mozzarella sticks were ok. I called the store to express my dissatisfaction and explain why. I told the gentleman that the wings were very dry and he responded "oh, they were too crispy?" I replied that the crispyness was good but the dryness wasn't. He said that he could make another set of wings if I brought the food back. I requested to just get a refund so that I wouldnt have to drive 40 minutes there and back. He said he couldn't give a refund without me bringing the food back. The staff is friendly but I'm not at all satisfied with my $67 meal, nor am I satisfied with the response I got when I requested a refund."
