"I could barely hear the lady on the intercom. Then when I drove off with my sandwich and got down the road. I found out I didn't get the top slice of bread to my sandwich. How they can not notice it was missing shocks me. Then the bagel sandwich was a bit hard and difficult to chew. Didn't seem worth my time to go back and have it fixed if they're that incompetent."

"The workers here will do anything but make your order and move like snails. The first two visits I had here were good but then the workers that did their job right weren’t there anymore. When a worker at a coffee establishment looks at an iced macchiato and says “goodness how much espresso is in that” is a problem! The coffee always has an awful taste and they don’t listen to you when you order and mess up the coffee and food. If you can’t even find the “creamer” button on the register I think there’s a big issue."

"I've been there before and the service was great up until today! I had 3 kids trying to pick out their donuts and the lazy excuse of a server wanted me to move over to the register area to order after watching her just stand around. I had to approach her after 5 minutes of her just standing around. I had to go back n forth to see what the donuts were called then back to her to order. She was rude, lazy and incompetent and got the order wrong. She then told me to go back to the donuts side to show her what I wanted. She seemed very put out that the order was wrong & short a donut. Last week there was a young man there who was friendly , efficient took the order and got it right. Kudos to the young man. As for the girl...it's hard to find good help!!!"

"This Dunkin is a ‘newer’ location and has been terrible since it opened. I didn’t think it was possible, but it has been even worse in recent months. Employees are incredibly rude, the drinks are terrible 90+% of the time, and they operate shady. I have gone several times, against my better judgement, in the morning because it is convenient and on my way to work. During open hours, the lights have been off in the dining area and doors locked. There was a poor man that walked through the drive through. While ordering, I overheard one of the workers ask the person in charge if they could let him in. No signs were posted that it was drive through only, and the app showed that dine-in/walk-in was available. It is truly a joke of an operation. The failures at this location start at the top, with management, and trickle their way down. If you don’t mind wasting a few dollars and want to support an awful location, by all means go here. Otherwise, plan to get your coffee and breakfast elsewhere."

"Coffee was made okay, but the pumpkin muffin I got wasn't cooked all the way, the inside was still doughy."
