"I’ve been to this location a few times, due to convenience. Typically a Starbucks girl. As a result of being a Starbucks girl sometimes I have a few questions about the menu. Had one good experience out of those few times with a young gentleman. However, those young ladies that work there are extremely rude and very unprofessional. I won’t be returning. Save yourself the trip and go to Starbucks or to the western branch dunkin where it’s much better, and which I ended up doing. Even though it’s out the way, I would return to the western branch Dunkin over the Portsmouth Blvd location any day!"

"Customer service is non existence. Stood in line for over 30 minutes and no employee even look at the counter to assist/acknowledge customers. Left the store. The employees definitely need remedial training on the correct way in providing excellent customer service."

"Drive thru only store? I tried the drive-thru, but it was blocked by people cleaning the building. So, I went inside. It’s inside a gas station, and it’s blocked with the gas station’s convenience store stuff. A sign says on the little corner where Dunkin’ Donuts was, “drive-thru only”. I still tried and explained that the drive-thru is blocked. Hesitant, but she got up and got my order. I think they’ll get more business if they sell in the store also. At least, now I know it’s drive-thru only."
