City Dogs

"I visited City Dogs in the Fan district with my date and we had a great time. We ordered a spicy Italian sausage dog, a Philly dog, a Coney Island dog, and a basket of onion rings. The dogs were spot on and always great, and the onion rings were tasty. The portions were generous and we walked out full for 25 bucks. The service was friendly and attentive, but it took a little longer than expected for the food to come out. My only complaint was that the prices have increased since the last time I was there, and their website prices are all incorrect. This was a bit frustrating and misleading. I hope they update their website soon. Overall, I would recommend City Dogs for a casual and fun meal."

"Best hot dog in the city. Great place for other bar food as well, but the hot dogs are the star. They have one of the finest shot and beer combos in the land as well, with most beers paired with most shots at a flat 8. Not much nuance, here, this is a restaurant that knows who they are and I highly recommend them."

"Went there two days in a row. For lunch and for a Happy hour. Had a Chicago dog and the Philly cheese steak with the fries. Both were very good. Not sure of the bar tenders name But he was very personable and had excellent customer service. If you want a chilled place to go with good food at reasonable prices check City dogs out."

"My kind of spot! Cheap good eats and great drinks, what's not to like? We only went for the dogs so my food opinion can only speak for the hot dogs. The flavors of the hotdogs tho... delicious! And Ryan had us entertained so that's now our guy lol! We'll be back. It's nothing like a hidden jewel. I'm more upset I'm so late to the game, this spot isn't new."
