Starbucks

"A group of geocachers got together for an event, and to chat about their adventures. There was plenty of room here, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a nice location for a little get together and of course we all got our special favorite drinks."

"This is the most inconsistent Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drinks often taste like warm milk rather than the hot coffee I order. The service is typically slow as well."

"There’s this one woman in there who has a horrible attitude. The cold brew isn’t mixed properly or something because it’s nasty. I have asked for my drink to be remade because they overload it with sweet cream but when I say light sweet cream they barely put it in there and I got an attitude from this women. Other people are okay but they’re not friendly. It’s quiet and bleak. I think I am done with Starbucks. This is just too much money for this service and beverage to be this poor."

"I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since January of this year and it upsets me to have to write this but please do not go here. For one, they are incredibly slow. You will be waiting in the Drive-Thru for more than 20 minutes. Two, my drinks are never made consistently and half the time my food is cold by the time I get it. Today was the final time I will ever spend money at this Starbucks again. I sent in my usual order through the mobile app and did my usual quick, 5 minute drive to the location. After walking inside to get my items, I saw that my food item (banana bread) was ready on the counter. So I walk over and check the name to make sure it was mine. I reached into the paper bag and grabbed a piece of what I thought was banana bread and started to eat it only to find out that it was their pumpkin loaf. Now normally this wouldn’t upset me because I am a fan of pumpkin anything but I am allergic to pistachios and this entire piece of pumpkin bread had the crust covered in them. I quickly spat the piece out before I had a reaction and kindly told one of the barista’s that my order was wrong which she did replace for me no questions asked. This mistake could have turned out much worse if I hadn’t noticed and because of someone’s carelessness I could have gotten seriously ill. Starbucks I hope for other people’s sake you start paying more attention as I would hate for someone else to experience this."
