"Horrible experience after the remodel. I dined in with my 3 young kids - no one brought food to our table and I had to go up to the counter to get it, gave us the wrong drink, there is no longer an area to get your own ketchup/napkins/utensils they only had them at the counter. So inconvenient and annoying! Service was very slow, I had to wait 10 min for our order."

"My son ate from this location last night and he now has food poisoning, never had an issue with mechanicsville or white oak. Very disappointing being he LOVES Chick-fil-A. Will have to reconsider."

"I visited the remodeled store and it is beautiful. Very spacious and well cleaned. Avery, the greeter was absolutely wonderful. She had a plesant smile greeting each person, walked around to the customers asking if they needed anything, will obtain the item(s) if needed, and offered to throw that persons trash away. Jeana, HR Director, is always pleasant and greets you with a smile. Kyle Jones, my nephew and Team Member FOH, greets you with a smile also. He also makes certain the customers are not in need of anything and if they are, will obtain it for you. Chick-fil-A is a great place to visit for a meal, warm and caring atmosphere, clean store, and always busy with service to everyone. The drive thru now has 3 full lanes merging into 2 lanes and flows smoothly."

"I got home after ordering in the drive through and noticed my order was wrong and I received two pimento sandwiches when one was supposed to be a deluxe sandwich"
