"I spent $69.00 and change for 4 people. I ordered and paid lox on a bagel and I got some cinnamon and brown sugar on bagel. Didn't know til I brought it home. I really have to check orders before leaving a place. Well, since I'm 17 minutes away, just worth it to go back. I did call and leave a message. Don't know if I'll get a phone call back. Had to throw out the bagel cause it was so much cinnamon on it and my family tasted it and they didn't want it. This won't be my go to place. Way too expensive and not busy to foul up the order."
"I order regularly from here and really enjoy the products. I’ve experienced friendly service from the staff. A little over a month ago, I ordered a bagel, coffee, and a smoothie/“smuice”- my typical order. I received the smoothie first, and sipped on it as I waited for my bagel. Two sips in, I felt something hard/sharp in my mouth. I took it out of my mouth and found the tip of a plastic fork that was about an inch long. I wasn’t going to say anything, but decided to because I wanted the workers to be aware of this hazard so it wouldn’t happen to another customer or result in a worse outcome. I told the girl who made my drink and showed her the shard of plastic. She responded, “Oh, I’ll make you a new one”. Her response was too laid back for the situation, in my opinion. I have 9+ years in the food industry, and I would’ve handled this much differently. She quickly made me a new drink, and said “here you go.” No apology or discount. I slowly drank it, dissecting every sip. I continue to go here weekly, but I will say I am a little hesitant each time I drink a smoothie. It concerns me how a plastic fork ended up in there. Besides that, I’ve always had wonderful experiences here with the food, beverages, and service."
"Good coffee. There's places with coffee but this is good coffee. Nice friendly people, no issues with service. I ordered a half lox bagel to go and I didn't know it was going to be open faced; thought it would be a half sandwich. Oh well. That being said, it was tasty when I finally got to it. The nori flakes are a nice touch. When you have lived in Asia for fourteen years, you like that little smack of the sea. Great place. I'll go again on my day off when I have to be in Town Center. The one ding is they use single ply toilet paper--I didn't even know they still made single ply toilet paper. Step up; weird place to save money."
"Absolutely fantastic experience here. We spent $30 for two combos for reference. It had a great atmosphere, and as a disabled combat veteran, I had the fortune of striking up a conversation with two female F-22 pilots sitting adjacent to us. Thete was a varied, eccentric clientele and an amazing staff. Kade and Maris were outstanding."
