"The employees at this Wendy’s have the worst customer service of any fast food chain I’ve ever been to. I tried to eat inside here the last two times I went and both times the doors were locked and the employees saw me at the door but wouldn’t come unlock it (both visits were around 5 pm on Fridays). Yesterday, they literally made eye contact with me and then proceeded to ignore me while I was holding my two year old. So we went through the drive through and as I suspected, they were indeed opened. They just didn’t want anyone coming inside. I get that it sucks working at a fast food restaurant but that doesn’t excuse being outright rude. Absolutely abysmal service.."
