Pizza Hut

"I ordered delivery from the Pizza Hut in Ashland, VA. Kings Charter Dr yesterday. The pasta was great but the Cheesy breadsticks were very dry the cheese was burned and the worse of it all was that the delivery person didn't bring our marinara sauce. I love Pizza Hut's cheesy bread sticks and marinera sauce was therefore very disappointed. I called to speak with the manager right after the delivery person pulled off to see if they could swing back around to get the sauce for the dry bread sticks and the manager was very rude and told me they would never drive back for just some sauce. He wouldn't give his name when we requested it to follow-up, but did promise to refund our money. In addition, we tipped online, and the delivery person slung our food in front of the door after ringing the doorbell. I will never order food from this location again. We would rather drive to the one at 7079 Mechanicsville Turnpike. The food is always great and the customer service is even better."

"Always had a great experience until they started using doordash for delivery. If I wanted doordash I would have ordered through them but I don’t because they always deliver overpriced, cold food after stopping to pick up two other peoples orders and delivering them first. If I had of known doordash was involved I would have just went elsewhere. Now I am awaiting my cold pizza to finally arrive after doordash driver has stopped at several different places waiting on other orders. Very frustrating. Please stop using doordash or at the very least warn people BEFORE they order that doordash will be delivering."

"Haven't had Pizza Hut in a long time. Pizza was pretty good. Breadsticks weren't as good as I remembered and they were pretty skimpy with the marinara sauce. Service was great."

"We usually have great pizza from this location, but the fact that our Detroit style pizza went out like this is beyond me. The worker on the phone got an attitude and said they make the pizzas the best they can, dude needs to go back to Grade school and learn to draw two straight lines. Manager offered a credit which we appreciate, but the employee that made this pizza needs to find a new job......EDIT..after trying to eat it we finally realized why there was a gallon of sauce. The dough was raw and cheese wasn't even melted you think they were trying to cover something up?"
