"I ordered through Ubereats. I was only a mile away from this place when getting checked out at a place close by. My driver was fast and after picking up the order only took her max 4mins to get to me, in total from ordering online to getting it in my hands it took maybe 15mins all together. This food is so stale, I might as well had been eating potato chips, those were just the French fries. The chicken nuggets are stale and chewy. I used to work at McDonald’s so cold food from here doesn’t bother me that much, but this is BAD. This is giving we made these yesterday and served them. I know most workers will brush off the quality check time limit and that’s understandable but this taste like this has been sitting an entire shift. Then to top it off I swear, IM HOPING that there is a different brand chicken nugget mixed in with mine lolll I’m praying it was okay to eat. Anyways I try not to make a big deal about these type of thing and God forbid it and doubt it, if I happen to get sick from the little bit of food I consumed(my greedy behind thought it was going to get better after a couple fries, it did not. And chicken nuggets were tolerable until the other brand of chicken nugget I encountered) if I get sick somehow from this I’m just reporting it now. This was between 7:50pm-8:15pm January 25 2024."

"Very impressed with this McDonalds. We stopped here on our way home to NoVA from Richmond. The staff was polite and the service was quick. Food was great! Convenient locations when getting off of I-95. The women’s bathroom was clean and contemporary, see photos. There is a wheel chair accessible bathroom stall."

"Road tripping. Went to the drive thru at this mcdonalds location around 9:15pm. Person took my order, ordered 20 piece nuggets, medium iced coffee and large fries, which was not displayed on the drive thru screen. Went to window, asked for total, it was $13.66. Person at the window was texting on phone and made no eye contact. Waited about 6 minutes at the window while person was texting. Was given no info on why there was a delay. After receiving order, did not check but put hand in bag and felt cold fries and 2 boxes (assumed they were 2 box of 10 piece nuggets). Pulled into a parking space to run in and use restroom. Restaurant doors were locked though hours for dining were 11:30pm, it was only 9:30pm. There were 3 individuals that I could see working inside the restaurant. Drove off to find restroom and and eat what I ordered. Upon opening bag, found 1 box 10 piece nuggets (no sauce though I requested honey mustard and bbq), french fries and 2nd box contained a quarter pounder with bacon, mustard, ketchup, extra onions (I did not order this ). No receipt was given but charge appears on my Visa as McDonald's F11176."

"Just stopped by to get a coffee. It was served quickly and hot, not too hot but hot enough. Staff were friendly, the place was clean. Misleading on the prices. Display says one thing, receipt says another. When I asked the cashier, why the difference, he said, "I don't know", BUYER BEWARE."

"I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and they left out the cheeseburger! Called the store and the woman was apologetic but offered no solution. Check your order before you pull away because they aren't!"
