"I ordered food through Grubhub due to me WFH. The food was late, cold and incomplete. The receipt displayed the correct order however a whole meal was missing. Also the food that was delivered had complaints of being harsh to the stomach. The Greek yogurt parfait that was ordered did not have the fruit or honey. First bad experience with them. Hopefully the day will be better."

"Went and got a salad, they was a bug, with wings, possibly another bug in there, noticed after I bit the BUG! Vomited immediately at work.Went up there, just a refund. NOTHING else."

"I ordered a wrap from this location just to find a ladybug in it. I called the store and they only agreed to refund the order if I came back in. This was a mobile order (meaning there isn’t any receipt I have anyway), so I don’t understand why this couldn’t be resolved over the phone. This is poor customer service and overall just disgusting to have bit in."

"I ordered today and I usually don’t write bad reviews but sometimes it’s necessary like this. I understand that it was late, yes, but to be petty and add in something else that I didn’t order doesn’t sit right with me. It was just pickles but it makes me question the workers that are in the back making the food. It’s not that big of a deal for me but for other people they have allergies or have sensitivity to certain foods so you could potentially get in trouble for that. Also it makes me question if these people have ever done something gross like drop the food on the floor pick it up and serve it to the customer or spit in peoples food. I just wouldn’t come to this location anymore."

"I have been to this location several of times. But lately the quality of food has been poor. I am not sure if staff is rushing because they get extremely busy. But not topping off the fries and filling the container halfway..just throwing the food in the bag. And now today it was my drink I asked for a sun joy and what I got was definitely what was left of what ever they had my drink was literally like a slush of pulp. I recorded a video of my drink but I can only post pictures. People come to chick-fil-a and pay good money for the quality of the food there should be no reason why we should have to experience less definitely disappointed."
