"This is my second time using Pep Boys on Nine Mile for car maintenance. I haven’t been disappointed. Both times Travis and Steven managed my visits. They kept me informed throughout the day with progress and issues they found, options available to me and a realistic timeframe for completion. Because of their professionalism I opted both times to do further preventative care knowing I was in good hands. It’s also important to note the entire team worked overtime to complete my work order so I could still leave the next day on a road trip. A big thanks to them. I have no reservation recommending this location to anyone needing car repairs or maintenance."

"Worse shop ever. I think they got their mechanic license out of a cracker jack box. The manager is pathetic, non chalant, and doesn't care. They told me my car was ready and it wasn't. No work was done, and my car broke down the very next day. They are getting paid for nothing. And, this was their second chance. The first time was much worse. I will never take my car back herd again. I will make sure no one I know takes their vehicles here as well."

"I am a recent transplant and not being familiar with any local mechanics I figured I’d use Pep Boys until I found someone else reputable. Thus far I’ve been given first class treatment at this location and haven’t felt the need to find a different mechanic. I’ve dealt with Travis each time and he’s been great. He didn’t try to upsell me on any repairs I didn’t need and I found him honest and trustworthy. I’m likely to keep going there."

"Stephen and another gentleman stuck it out past closing on a Friday to finish with my daughter's car. We had all 4 sets of brake pads and rotors replaced on her car. They did a fine job with the work and the price was excellent. I plan on coming back the next time I need service."

Everything was well explained to me & all my questions were answered. Very professional. Friendly environment. Would definitely recommend Pep Boys over & over again, Travis specifically.
