"Ever since they changed the taco meat years ago it hasn't tasted as good. Prices have gone out of control everywhere and here is no exception. Not worth the price anymore."

"Went through drive through and the woman taking our order was very rude and impatient. They were out of beef, but instead of saying that, she just asks chicken or steak, and then has an attitude when we ask for clarification. Then not only were two of the items wrong, they omitted an item completely. If I wasn't in a hurry, I definitely would've gone back. I've never had a problem with this location before, and reading the other reviews, I'm guessing the rude lady was the manager. Gonna steer clear of this spot for a bit."

"Please improve the quality of service and screening process for hiring. After a long 14 hour day of work, seeking comfort food. I was rudely greeted with “you need to wait a minute” before I even said hello. From there, the lady came back and said “yeah what do you want” no exaggeration. From there I kindly asked how it was going, asked for my order, thanked them and pulled up to the window. I’ve ordered from this location maybe 2-3 times since the past experience that lead to leave a 1star review. When I pulled up to window, paid, I asked “could I get a few fire and Diablo sauce “ the guy responded “yeah I heard you the first time, I have a headset too” and then slammed the service window. From there no problem, he’s having a bad day, I’m hungry, let’s all move on. I proceed to get home, take my shoes off and try to enjoy some comfort food only to be greeted with the worst made crunch wrap supreme I have seen in the 10 years I’ve been ordering them. Absolutely unbelievable. The last time I will ever go to this location. Really and completely undeserved rude service, careless food that just looks like disrespect in a wrapper. I love Crunchwrap’s, I love Taco Bell on a bad day. But this, this was just so absurdly disrespectful, disgusting, and no other way to describe except trash garbage. I really hope this location simply closes down because it’s clearly bringing absolutely no body in the neighbourhood happiness."

"Absolute mess. First guy we talked to asked how we were, was doing a great job. Finished taking the first part of our order just to tell us to hold on a minute, gets replaced by a nasty rude older woman employee who rushes us through the rest of our order saying "anything else? okay then continue saying your order" come to find out the woman who replaced the nice young man who was IN TRAINING, was the manager of the store. I work as a manager in fast food as well, i understand the stress of having to train new employees, but you should NEVER take it out on the customers. Never not once did she apologize for the way she was talking to us or apologize for the inconvenience of not having an item anymore even though it says NEW on the menu screen. When we pulled up to pay, the young lady with a blonde braided pony tail also had a gross attitude. My father was trying to give props to the woman from before as a nice gesture saying she must have worked there a while because of how quickly she took our order and knew things about the menu even though what we were looking at was wrong (we rarely get mad and leave reviews but this was just outrageous) and the young woman said "thats our manager shes training tonight" she hands us a drink, we had a big order so we had asked for a drink carrier. Recieved an eye roll for that. After getting our drinks she handed us a big bag of food and proceeded to SLAM the drive thru window shut, not saying thank you or have a good night none of the GOOD customer service lines. My dad honked his horn to get her attention just so WE could tell THEM thank you and have a goodnight. Once getting home and inspecting our order, they misplaced a chipotle ranch chicken burrito with a doritos locos tacos and it looked like it does below. Absolutely disgusting and not appealing whatsoever, ended up eating my dads fries at least those were okay. Its just crazy cause the young man who was being trained tonight had better customer service than the manager. Hopefully he makes his way up the chain!!!"

"Love the food and it's always fresh. My son keeps me coming back! Though of course I don't mind!"
