"Worst experience with car care EVER! All these fools want is to sell you as much unnecessary stuff as possible. They are liars, they don’t do the work as promised and they WAY overcharge for their inferior excuse for service. They are NOT concerned with your safety, only their profit margin. Best possible scenario for RVA is for this joke of a car place to close permanently."

"Stars earned only by the good initial conversations with customer service. Unfortunately, car wasn’t worked on the day I had an appointment because the tech called out- no one called to tell me. Then, I was told the parts for the car didn’t exist except maybe at a junk yard. A quick Google search showed that was false and I was able to obtain parts on my own. I find it interesting that instead of replacing parts, they wanted to charge hundreds to clean things and hope that helped. Found out later that cleaning was a simple process that shouldn’t cost hundreds."

"Beware ladies!!!!!! They try to scam you!!! They lie to make you get things fixed that aren’t broken. I took my car in for a state inspection. They told me that I had several things wrong with my car. Good thing I wait and I took my car back to my regular shop for none of those things to be fixed and they told me NONE of those things were wrong in my car!! Beware"

"Took my car in to get an oil change. When I picked up my car it was completely covered in black handprints and grease across my entire car. My car keys also must have been dropped as I received them chipped and now they do not fully snap back together (from where you open to replace the battery). If you care about your car being kept in the way you drop it off do not use this Firestone."

"Dropped of the truck for brakes and turn light only. They took it upon their selves to change and charge me $52 for wiper blades with not a word said to me about it. When I went to pick up the truck it took them 10 minutes to find the key for the truck. Once I got the key and turned on the truck it now has a major misfire when there wasn't one when I dropped it off. When I went back in to inform them of this they said they already knew about it, but they did not tell me when I was paying for it. This is a company truck and we are very displeased by this. Once this problem they caused is fixed we will not be using a Firestone for our vehicles again."
