Starbucks

"After my internet went down at my house, I came here for a video meeting for work. I got my tea, and went back to my car for the meeting (a little quieter). The sun was shining brightly in my face, so I was shielding my face with my hand a lot. Suddenly, a barista came outside with a little bag. She said that the staff had noticed I looked like I was having a rough day. I think they thought I was crying since I was looking down (at my laptop) and my hand was on my forehead a lot. She handed me a bag with cake pops and said that she hoped my day got better. The bag had a little handwritten note on it. It was very sweet. I hadn't been having a bad day, but knowing that someone is paying attention was really touching. The world will be a better place when we all start looking out for each other, as these staff exhibited. It was really heartwarming."

"The drink is never consistent. But it's fine, I'm totally cool with that. Still tastes good I really don't care. But the most infuriating thing at this location is that they'll just randomly shut down their cafe. So I put in my mobile order 20 minutes in advance, and then I have to wait in the drive-thru line that's just stock full and when you're running late and don't know that that's going to happen it is super super inconvenient. I understand that they're short staffed. But they've got to figure something else out. I put in my drink order at 6:30. And I'm not receiving it until 7:10 That's insane. Corporate seriously needs to send somebody over to this location and figure out what is going on."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes to receive my order. After I finally got my order, the drinks were made incorrectly. Then I had to wait in line for all the other customers who were trying to get refunds so I could get my refund. This is the only Starbucks that I have this issue at. The one on Battlefield Blvd. is much better. Very disappointed with this service that made me late today."
