"I’m a fatty. I love to try all the burger spot. When I saw Fatburger next to one of my other favorite meat restaurant, I begged my wife to stop. I got their traditional burger and my wife got wings. It was $40 dollars. The burger tastes worse than McD’s. The wings worse than BDubs. For a fast food, charging gourmet price, giving taste-bud yawning experience. Thanks but no thanks. (Also their fat fries, all potatoes and no salt…if I was eating healthy I wouldn’t have stopped by to begin with, give me my high blood pressure!) I wished I read the reviews for this place first. The tastiness or lack thereof does not justify the price (the service was excellent though)"

"This is the best burger in the area. I see complaints about the prices and service. The price complaints are interesting considering 5 Guys costs a fortune these days to feed a family for a smaller, lower quality burger. In terms of the service, yes, short staffing has been an problem here (and not uncommon in the area), but I've never experienced rudeness or bad attitudes. The few order issues I have had were quickly addessed often by the manager."

"I ordered 2 burgers and 1 order of fries for dinner through the website. When I arrived a couple minutes early, my food was ready and waiting for me. The food tasted pretty good! But, there was 1 thing wrong, the price. Charging $4 for fries that’s the same size as a medium McDonald’s fries is ridiculous. That and $8-$9 for each burger is overpriced. I paid for this dinner because we’ve never eaten here before and wanted to try it out. We won’t be back. I’m glad we tried it but we’ll spend our money elsewhere."

"The cashier we had was very nice and very patient. He's a wonderful employee and I really hope the best for him. That being said, the food was too expensive for no reason, some kid came out and told my MIL the ice cream was "too soft" (???) to make her milkshake, and they served her raw chicken. First time going, will be the last. There are no excuses for that kid's behavior and there is definitely no excuse to not check food temps. This could kill somebody. Either do better or shut the place down."

"DON’T GO HERE Worst burger spot I’ve been too. From the customer service down to the food. Notice that this place is charging NYC PRICES down in the Richmond are. While attending this establishment We had two impossible burgers which was cold and looked like a no love was put into it. Also ordered some onion rings which were refried and the fries didn’t taste like anything. Along with that we order two milk shakes which was mediocre and thick could barely use the straw to drink them and also order an lemonade that was blah. DONT GO HERE"
