"The food is horrible and the service is rude! They lock up and turn the lights off so no one will come in. This is during the day! The employee who came to answer my knocking on the door said they don’t do inside service anymore, just drive thru. Needless to say, I drove through to McDonalds."

"0 stars. My Impossible Whopper has BLACK MOLD on the bottom bun. Unfortunately I didn't know this until I was more than halfway done with the sandwich as I was eating while driving to NC. I don't even know why my dumb @$$ went to this location. I've never gotten good service from 13925 Hull Street before and today was no different. Never again!"

"only because 0 stars is not an option... the "ch'king"... yeah... you mean chicken tender on a bun thats too large-_-... and my "garlic and bacon king"... you can see my issue there. 0 garlic, and they didnt say anything about not even having it(if they did or didnt). the mozzarella sticks were old, like they could not have been made within 1 hour of ordering them, same with my onion rings. the people are really nice, but thats it... i almost feel sick after eating any of my food as well. Edit: 3 months later… Still worthless, recommendation is to just avoid this location… ordered a large fry, kids meal 4 pc nugget, 9pc chicken fry, 4 pc nugget, small onion ring, and a whopper… The whopper, onion ring and kids meal fry were correct, no chicken fries(got more nuggets?) no lrg fry, the kids meal only had 3 nuggets… just… 0 stars if possible"
