"Always loved Waffle House until I’m eating my grits and I find something plastic brown in my bowl… never again! And the fact you can’t call them to tell them because their phone line is always off smh"

"The server obviously was not happy to be at work. I'm presently unable to drive, had someone pick up my order and server did not want to give him condiments for the food order, said I should have requested it when I ordered the food. In addition to being cold, the hash browns were dark brown and hard, unble to eat them. Paid for a slice of country ham, missing from the order and person refuse to return for remainder of order due to servers attitude. I will never order again and he bought the tip money back to me because of her bad attitude."

"Ordered 2 senior meals, one which consisted of a waffle and sausage and the other was a grilled cheese and hash browns. Got all the food except the waffle. Was told that it would be ready soon. Never did see it. After waiting 10 minutes we asked where it was and was told they only had 3 waffle's irons. These were put in to go orders. So here I sit with my food and all he has is sausage that is rapidly cooling. Why serve half an order? Did they expect us to just wait until all the “ take out” food was cooked to get the rest? Needless to say we left but they didn’t seem to care!"

"Waffle House is good for a consistent experience for breakfast foods 24/7/365. This location meets that experience. Food was prompt and prepared to order. The staff did a great job getting people in, and tables turn over after diners departed. Our coffee was promptly refilled before running out. Thanks."

"Love me some smothered, covered, chunked, and peppered hash browns! The bacon is the best around, you won’t find better at a breakfast joint. It is quick and consistent, you do t have to worry about to much change."
