"I’ve placed an order for in-store pick up & it’s now been 2 days since it’s “processing”.. extremely annoyed cuz I had a free tee code I used on my order. Come to realize last time I placed an in store pick up order it also took 2 days for it to be ready … I hope the item I wanted is still in stock & if it’s not then I hope PacSun will reissue me the code cuz waiting for an order to be processed for 2 days is insane when it should typically take 2 hours. I’ve placed multiple in- store pick ups & they’ve had my order ready the same day, so Ik it’s doable."

"I highly recommend visiting another PacSun. Prepare to sift through piles of clothing to find what you need. Very explicit rap music was played loudly throughout the store. Staff seemed more interested in hanging out with visiting friends than helping customers. The cashiers were unable to figure out how to create two gift receipts for 4 items (2 items for 1 person, 2 for another), so I have 1 receipt with 3 of the 4 items I purchased. They did not seem to care, nor were they open to my original suggestion to do 2 transactions, because they said they knew how to do it."

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Almost every rack in the store had some sort of sale sign but somehow miraculously every item I purchase was "excluded". When I kindly mentioned that it was a bit deceiving the cashier could have cared less and was rude as can be. I asked to speak to a manager and the young lady standing beside her claimed to be it, but was just as rude, if not worse. They were texting and eating while I was trying to talk to them! I came home and repurchased the items online at the sale price so I will be making one more trip to the store to return the others but not before I contact corporate."

"If I could, I would give it a zero-star rating! There is no PacSun I have ever visited that is worse than this one When I went in on December 2, 2023 the signs in the store said that tops were buy one get one 50% off. I paid the full price for both of my items when I arrived to the register. The VERY RUDE cashier told me that although the sweater rack had a sale sign, the sweaters themselves were not on sale when I questioned about it. I asked why the sign was on the rack of sweaters, I was told "that's how corporate wants it". I will never shop at this location again!"

"This location needs new management. We went in today to purchase back to school jeans. First of all, the place was a disaster. There were boxes upon boxes in the front of the store, stacked 4-5 high, 3-4 deep and clothing all over the floor. Second, the fitting rooms were all closed. When you travel to a retail store, and shop for a pair of jeans, you should be able to try them on. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the staff is rude and not at all accomodating. It also should be mentioned, there was quite an odor in the store, and it was not pleasant, AT ALL. We have been to other PacSun locations and never seen anything like we did today. We have no plans to return to this location, EVER."
