"John Gibson provided service on our Lennox Heat Pump that was less than a year old and only heating in the emergency heat mode. John diagnosed the problem to be a complete lack of Freon in the system. After further investigation he determined there was a leak caused by a bad fitting. He replaced the part with a new fitting and refilled the unit with Freon, The unit is working great since the repair.. I have the utmost confidence in John and was very pleased with how he communicated what was going on and what needed to be done to repair.
