"One of the staff members, a young woman with air pods in, wearing a bun, was extremely rude and had very poor customer service. She seemed annoyed that customers were in. The two meals we ordered were unsatisfactory and seemed thrown together. For the price, I would hope for the contrary. Please tell your staff to do better. I came in Sunday, October 8th around 3:30/4:00 pm."

"This is one of the better Potbellies. I’ve eaten at many of them as I like their sandwiches. This one is clean, friendly staff, efficient and I look forward to when I come up to this area to be able to eat here."

"I was visiting from Toronto Canada and on the evening of May 11th after having dinner we went to this establishment believing it may have tea and dessert. The female staff was rude, unhelpful and very condescending. I know I was in the USA and tea to her may mean iced tea but we believe she knew we meant hot cup tea because my partner later told me they snickered and chuckled as we left. I write these reviews all the time and rarely if ever leave bad reviews because with the number of views I get on my profile my wish is not to negatively impact any business but her actions was uncalled for. My hope is that management can retrain all staff and let them know they are the front line face of the business and to treat customers with the same respect and service they would expect for themselves. We will be visiting Washington again and definitely visiting this same area but Potbelly will not be on our list for place to visit."

"This has been my 2nd time at this location over a 3 month time span. The sandwiches that I’ve gotten don’t seem to have much meat and if you ask for extra peppers the servers seem to ignore you. What makes it worse is the workers I’ve come in contact with are VERY rude, seem/look annoyed, or distracted on their phone from when you walk in to when you walk out!"

"Not bad but not particularly impressive. It reminded me of a Quick Check sandwich. The ordering process was a bit confusing. The food was decent. If your looking for a quick bite for a reasonable price this might be your place."
