"Updated 12September2023: After, the fourth attempt, I have gotten a refund. The customer service lead requested that the bed be inspected before it was delivered and the bed was DAMAGED AGAIN!! Apparently, I’m not the only person this has happened to. Buyer beware!! Escondido Acacia Wood Canopy King Bed This company has had my 2600 for over 4 months and each time they attempt to deliver my bed (we’re on the 4th attempt) their merchandise is damaged. This bed has a stain on the headboard and a footprint on it. This bed isn’t made out of solid wood. It’s wood crumbles pressed together. The advertisement is misleading. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They’re selling returned items as new items!! The customer service is poor and there is no accountability. Each issue that I had resulted in me waiting an additional week only to be disappointed yet again with their substandard product. This issue has been escalated but I’m surly going to get a refund asap."
