"Service was quick for how many customers were there. Usually I have some issues with the breadsticks either being to well done the way or not being cooked enough, but this time, it was perfect. I recommend the stuffed crust pizza. They pack a lot of calories, but it's just so good. I had asked for my pizza well done, and it was a bit extra well done but still made it to 5 stars."

"If I can give 0 stars I will. Last night I had the worst experience in a long time. I always try to excuse them that they are kids working there or they are busy...but I can not excuse them anymore. 30 minutes after the end time that I have to receive my online orders and they are saying that my orders are not ready because they are online orders... Is that a reason to wait that long???The manager respond to " My orders are not ready yet" with "And what?" They put my orders upfront of me without even look at me. When I checked the pizzas was cold because they waited for the cheese bread to be ready. The boxes with the pizzas stayed on the cutting table for 30 min and every time they looked them and said "your order is not ready ". One of the pizzas was wrong too."

"They're really good people, the night shift. I ordered delivery and the Crazy stuffed bread was limp and didn't even look like the picture. The food was super hot, so that didn't disappoint, but they did forget my brownie M&M thing."

"This location is awful. Understaffed, slow & in dire need of help. I placed my order online at 3:42pm. Tracked it in the app, by 4:09pm still nothing..I went inside and saw one person struggling to keep up with the orders, pizzas sitting on the counter not packed, nothing in the hot & ready ovens.I gave the associate my name and order number, and was given this burnt thin crust pepperoni pie. I'll still with the Brook Rd. location, faster and more competent."
