"The employees I’ve interacted with were great. There is clutter and it is significant whether or not you find that positive or negative is your own call. Some people like the hunt. I have found a couple nice hard to find things at this location."

"Store needs more staff to keep things in order. The store has great things but the clutter makes you not want to be there long. Worth the drive to the broad street location if you’re hoping to take your time and find the great deals they offer."

"This store is the worst when it comes to organization. You would think that by cutting the store in half, it would be a better experience. It was hard to even walk through the store after having to walk over whatever items were thrown in the floor. Don't mention looking for something because you'll be lucky to find one rack that matches the sizes listed. Fitting rooms were closed, which means if they don't fit, you'll have to come back, another inconvenience. During my visit, I heard one employee tell down the aisle to another to get off their phone. No, they shouldn't be on the phone while on the clock, but they could have been more discreet about relaying the message. I can't put myself through another shopping trip like this."

"A few years ago, when I moved to Richmond, I loved to be on this store, I few months ago, I came here again and …what mess! I thought it was because any holiday, team adjustments, any reason but here is my 2 cents, management team is doing a very bad job!!!! Fit room closed, restrooms closed, clothes everywhere in the floor. So sad to see this! I’m definitely taking this store off my list!"

"If I could give this store a lower rating I would. It’s very frustrating to walk into a store and see such a mess. All of the products are on the floor, clothes look like they’ve been thrown everywhere. It looks like they haven’t cleaned up In days. I went in to do some Christmas shopping for my grandmother and most of the boxes (even stuff hanging up) looks like someone threw them at a wall. I wanted to buy this gorgeous clock, but the box looks like a child was using it as a soccer ball. I asked the cashier if I could get anything off of it and she ignored me, so I asked again and the girl beside her started laughing, so the cashier asked her manager who seemed to have an attitude and she said that if the product wasn’t damaged then there is nothing she can do. It’s disappointing knowing that I used to work here and the place is such a mess. They really don’t care about their jobs. The pictures attached are from the checkout line. This is in every aisle of the store. Midlothian Burlington needs to do a lot better."
