"I was Black Friday shopping, and I couldn't find anything I liked. As I was heading out and about to say goodbye to the employee, she stepped in front and physically blocked me from leaving and said, "please give back the merchandise you stole. I'm going to have to call security." I was very confused and shocked because I hadn't stolen a single thing. I went to defend myself in shock and asked if she wanted to see my bag and she raised her voice and said, "I can't look through your bag!" As if I was stupid. I asked her what she thought she saw me steal, and she said she saw me near sweaters, jewelry, and there were tags on the ground that I was close to. She said I didn't report the tags (??), so she could only assume I had stolen something. The entire interaction was bizarre and outlandish. She let me go, but she acted very unnecessarily confrontational and almost angry with me. I have pretty bad anxiety, and I rarely go to the mall (let alone out at all), so to give her the benefit of the doubt I may have looked nervous or jumpy, but the way I was treated felt very unusual and unnecessary especially considering there was a whole crowd of people in the store, and I was just one person out of many and was the only one singled out. The other employees were very friendly, but she made me feel borderline unsafe. I don't know her name, but I fear going back to that store again due to paranoia of getting falsely and aggressively accused again."

"Love, love, love, love, love. Did I mention love, this store. My son told me about it after busting with a friend. He knows I'm a hippie at heart with the stones, singing bowls, and weird home decor. The products were endless and the staff was awesome. So nice, so helpful, just an overall great experience. I'll be back."

Of course, not everybody's going to be interested in a store like this one. We all walk our own path. They sell more than just stones and crystals. They have some of the most beautiful clothing and tapestries I have seen."
