"There is absolutely no way that this place actually has a 4.3 star rating... I work right next door and 9 times out of 10 receive chicken on my salad even though my orders are always vegetarian. I even cut out chickpeas from my order to see if that would help since the word looks kind of like chicken... Gave them several passes because of the pandemic but at this point it's just pure incompetence. I've emailed customer service probably 5 times in the past month. Total joke."
