"I got engine codes diagnosed. The man who did this had a good attitude but just wrote the codes on a sheet and referred me to the car repair place next door. I thought the purpose of this was for your company to sell me a part to repair the vehicle myself. I could have just gone to a car repair shop of my choice and not wasted my time. Also l thought you would want me to make a purchase. Basically this seems like a management policy and l will be going somewhere that can assist me with buying parts."

"Be awhile but nothings changed. Worst service, by store manager not regular employee. Didn't have what I ordered and was a prick when I asked questions. They had it still in inventory when I ordered it but didn't actually have it which is understandable. Asked if I could swap for similar item for same price or pick up from other store. He was arrogant and said nope, refund or wait for it. Last time shopping with advanced unless absolutely ne."

"Came and purchased a battery on 9/25. We were told to wait and it shouldn’t be long for Bill to come and assist with changing the battery. Bill eventually rolls his cart over and walks back in the store to assist another customer. Never acknowledging we were there never apologizing or saying he would return to help. He abandoned the car and customer and never said one word or offered an apology for his lack of professionalism. Another associate eventually came out to help after we’d already wasted 20-25 minutes waiting for help."
