"Store associate Denver at the Short Pump Hollister was such an amazing help to me trying to find specific items my sister wanted for Christmas that it was saying weren't available online. She even put them on hold for me until I could come and pick them up in person. GREAT customer service give her a raise!!!!"

"I saw a super cute top i like but they didnt have in my size at the store, not a problem. I talked to one of the workers and she was nice and ordered the size i needed and it came on time but when i got my top it was literally two sizes too small. I know its a company issue but this is the store i ordered it from."

"Store had sign above racks that said top sale 40 percent off. Hanging on the second rack below the sign was sweaters which when taken to the register did not come up 40 percent off. When asked for a manger the person who came said that was not for the sweaters and would not honor the advertised price. After explaining that if you advertise it whitout specific details saying that, you need to honor it. She would not. We left but then immediately went back in to take a picture to use to call later to the the head manager and they had already moved the items. Great for the next person not to be confused but should have honored the advertised price if I am not mistaken that is the law if posted above items without clarification on the sign."

"I really like the clothes here, my only complaint could be with the jeans I feel like they are made for girls with super thin thighs...if i get pants that fit my waist, I'm always tugging at my thighs and if i get pants that fit my thighs the waist is too big (I guess that's what belts are for). I love all my tops from here and the clearance section is a whole room in the store and I'm always finding hidden treasures in there."
