"They were out of a lot of stuff. The employees seemed stressed. It was a bad experience. We went through 4 options before being able to order something they actually had. In no way do I hold the employees responsible for our bad experience. It was clearly a staffing and food shortage issue."

"This is one of my least favorite locations in the area because they are always rushed if you don't order ahead. The coffee isn't the best, but I suppose if you are in a rush and aren't near another location, it will do just fine. This is based on multiple visits, so it seems to be normal. The drive-through can be hard to get through as well, since the parking lot is small and you can't turn left into it from Lakeside."

"Ordered a strawberry creme frappuccino, it was bland. Had one in Sioux City, Iowa that was perfect. Styrofoam would taste just as good."

"Not to bad a line in the drive thru. Person at the window was very friendly. The iced coffee is delicious! 4 stars because of the horrible smell in the drive thru. Not sure what it was, but yuck!"

"Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes with 3 people in front of me and 2 people behind me. When I finally got to the window there was 3 girls standing around giggling and talking while my strawberry lemonade refresher and some one else's latte was just sitting on the counter. Finally a gentleman came over and did the transaction he seemed to be the only one interested in good customer service. Unfortunately when we got the drink it was watered down did not taste any lemonade and the strawberries were so mushy they tasted like they had been out for days. Since we waited so long and were running late for an appointment we could not go back."
