"Waste of money, ordered a hot latte with sugar. There was no sugar, and the latte was COLD. Even the foam was cold. YUCK!!! Tasted as they had poured whatever coffee they had laying around. I rarely eat out as it's a special treat. I'm so disappointed."
"I'm thrilled they have the maple frosted donut back. That said, I stood in line inside this location for 10 minutes waiting to order. That's not the issue I had. The issue is, during that 10 minutes, not one of the 4 employees working so much as acknowledged my existence or the existence of the people in front of or behind me. There was no greeting, no "we'll be right with you," no glance of apology. The first words I heard were when someone finally came to take the order of the woman in front of me. I get that the drive thru line was busy, but you can't simply ignore a person like you ignore a car. Unacceptable. I'll be going elsewhere for the maple frosted during the season. I won't be making any other stops or purchases from an establishment that doesn't seem to want me there."
