"Really good food. Fairly priced. Packed with flavor. The rice has a unique taste to it. The tea is top notch. Bathroom was clean. Overall hygiene of this restaurant is above average. Near a brewery. Convenient for drinks before or after dinner, or while you wait for seat openings. Would come back."

"We have been to the restaurant for the second time and we had a pleasant experience. They don't do reservations and will have to wait sometimes as they are very busy. We were seated at the bar tables until one table was free, then switched to the regular table. The food and service are great. It's a nice restaurant so try them out."

"My friend took me to Panjshir Restaurant in the City of Falls Church for lunch. The Afghan cuisine had yummy, new tastes with many options for me, a vegan. My friend, an omnivore, declared the lamb in her dish, delicious. We enjoyed Cardamom tea, and I asked about the exceptionally long grain rice that turned out to be "Mother Rice" from the Himalayan Mtns. Prices were reasonable but portions were huge; thus we both took home a second meal for one price! The authentic decor is also elegant, and it wasn't crowded, though we came at the end of lunch. If you seek a rare gem among restaurants, you'll find it in Panjshir!"
