"EVERYTIME me & my family come to this one, it's ALWAYS a PROBLEM!! Two lanes are OPEN, but all of a sudden, yall want to BLOCK one lane off!!! That DON'T make ANY sense, ESPECIALLY when yall have customers in lane, waiting to order!! Yall DON'T realize, by doing that, NOT only are yall loosing customers, but yall are also loosing MONEY!! Yall DON'T communicate with yall employees, about what's going on either!! This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, nor run a business!!"

"UPDATE: I haven't been to this McDonalds in almost a year. If just gotten off work hasn't eaten all day. I decided I wanted a Big Mac. I knew it would be a wait but I figured 2 lines are open it shouldn't take long. To my surprise it moved really quickly. Placed my order asked for extra items so it would have to be cooked to order..I got home stated eating notice the Big Mac box was very light. To my surprise there was no meat on the Burger.. I couldn't believe It. I knew no one would believe me so I took a pic. I have them another chance and they failed Miserably. They can't get anymore of my money. I stood in the driver-thru line for about 15 min to get food for the Grand kids. I received a Big Mac with no meat on it. I asked for extras cheese so that it would be fresh. To my surprise the kids told me to take a look in the box and it was nothing but bread and cheese."
"Just ordered and returned home. Why did my French fries taste like they were microwaved? Even the box is disheveled and fell apart. This is ridiculous and will never return. 40 dollars of trash"
