"T1 that's all i remember, everything that follows was an instinctual reaction to a bowl full of what i believe is the perfect physical representation of "disembowelment" in food form. But my monkey brain and my monkey tummy were at odds, so when my tummy gazed long into the abyss and it gazed back, we locked eyes and fell in love. 100% of everything in that bowl following the first itty bitty slurp was to die for, the broth was delicious, beef was flavorful and tender, even those suspiciously shaped rice cakes were fire. If you enjoy Korean food, this place is it."
"Some of the dishes are better than other’s. I don’t recommend M7 since it doesn’t look like the menu picture at all. It’s just some sausages with sauce on it. Vs the picture looks like it more brisket or other rolled meat with fried mochi. The mochi was warm and tasted good but my sausage on the inside was faintly cold. Hopefully I won’t get sick lol I’ll try this place again but I will never order M7"
"Best teokbukki place in NOVA. It is little spicy for those who cant handle spicy food - i recommend the beef Rose Topokki. Dont really recommend the fries nor getting the combo deal - just regular fries you can from costco, so just get the tokpokki itself and other dishes if you are hungryi"
"Tteokbokki was tasty, but please don't order the combo. The fries were so disappointing (it did not taste like butter garlic fries & it looked so different from the ones they sell in Korea). The drinks were extremely sweet and had artificial flavors."
"Their signature very long rice cakes "noodles" are unique but very inconvenient since I have to cut them into bite sizes myself haha. I ordered Beef Brisket Topokki. Each topokki dish comes with fried dumplings, fish cakes, cabbage, scallions, ramen noodles, 1/2 boiled egg. Medium serves 1-2 people and large serves 2-3 people. Very spicy but AMAZING. Their (pork cutlets) are crispy and juicy. Love the sauce that comes with it but it's also very good with topokki sauce. :)"
