Sushi Cho

"One of the best quality sushi restaurants in DMV. We’ve been going almost once a month for past 6 months - quality is consistent and food is delicious. It does get crowded - so I recommend going there around lunch time."

"We came here on a Monday night around 5:30 and was seated immediately. However it did fill up relatively quickly. The sushi and servers were all great. For two people, we got 5 special rolls and took home 2 rolls. They are bigger than normal and it's good value for the size, so just keep that in mind. Very fresh, all of them tasted delicious. We recommend the Golden Dragon if you like mango and crab, and aren't too partial to other fish. Otherwise the Isobe roll or Crazy Horse are also good choices . The salmon nigiri that was light seared with fire on lemon was heavenly. They had free hot tea which the servers refilled often and cleaned up plates often. We'll definitely be back!"

"Sushi Cho is at the top of my list now. We ordered the Mafia, Tropical Thunder, Salmon Ninja, Lady Killer, Maui Black Pepper Tuna, among other specialty rolls. Each roll was divine. The Lady Killer was the first sushi roll I've ever had where temperature played a factor in how delicious it was. Difficult to describe, but 100% worth it. The restaurant also has a wonderful atmosphere."

"Nice sushi spot in Fairfax. Went with the 5 person sushi platter which was composed of a mix of rolls and Nigiri, all chef's choice. The fish all tasted fresh and and the rolls were well put together. The complimentary green tea was nice and light with a earthy flavor and they chef also sent a flaming salmon roll to our table which was very appreciated. All around good experience and can't wait to come back."
