"Ordered online... Prices different than in restaurant, some higher some lower. Online menu did not allow option for meal-deal like in rest. Food was cold after only 5 mins travel time (wraps). I ordered beef and lamb, but beef and lamb is not on overhead menu in rest... so we only got beef. Really not a good experience. Don't order online ."
"I recently visited a place that used to be one of my favorite spots for a quick bite, but my most recent experience left much to be desired. The only staff member present during my visit was a seemingly disheveled individual who appeared as though he had just rolled out of bed and skipped a shower for a while. The main disappointment, however, came from the quality of the food. I ordered the chicken shawarma, expecting the flavorful and succulent taste that I had come to associate with this place. Unfortunately, the reality was far from my expectations. The chicken was dry, bland, and had a stale taste as if it had been sitting out for an extended period. It was a far cry from the delicious and well-prepared shawarma that I had enjoyed on previous visits. It's disheartening to see a place that once held a reputation for good food and service decline in such a manner. The lack of cleanliness and the unappetizing quality of the food make me question whether this establishment has undergone a change in management or if there has been a lapse in quality control. While I have fond memories of this place in its better days, I cannot overlook the current state of affairs. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and makes the necessary improvements to restore the establishment to its former glory. Until then, I'm afraid I won't be returning anytime soon."
"The team there was exceptional and cordial, with their food being incredibly tasty. I'm definitely planning another visit. They also offer Iraqi breakfast on weekends, which I'm eager to sample next time."
"I’m giving them 5 stars because of how hospitable the elderly gentleman was when taking my order as well as brining my order. The online menu includes a mixed grill platter which includes one skewer of each of their kabobs (beef + lamb mix, chicken and lamb). This does not exist on the regular menu in the store and so the gentleman created it for me when I was in store. I like how the culture really shone through as I grew up around Iraqis and they do have some very (unconventional) warm manners if you can see through the rough and tough exterior. Give this place a try and be surprised by the affordable prices! The falafel was excellent and the lamb and chicken were so very tender. I would like to see more flavor in the future for their lamb + beef kabob mix."
"We came here on a Sunday night 2 hours before closing. Ordered family combo #1 just cus you get to try a little bit of everything. Service was good and people working there were nice. I absolutely loved their falafel, It’s the best I have so far in a long time. They were fresh and flavorful. My second favorite would be seasoned chicken Kebob and maybe chicken shawarma. However the meat was on a dry side and tasted like it’s been sitting in the oven for a while. Probably because it’s Sunday and they are not busy and left cooked food for a while for any last minute orders I don’t know. Whatever the case is I wish they would have taken extra 10 mins to make sure they serve fresh. The beef shawerma wasn’t juicy/ tender or flavorful, it was too dry and felt like we were chewing on a rock. If I come here again it would just be for falafel and maybe chicken shawarma but that’s about it."
