"Worst experience of ANY McDonalds ever. Staff was unpleasant to customers and one another. There was no ketchup. There was no milkshakes or ice cream or apple pies. Hardly any condiments on my burger. Bathroom needed cleaning. We took a number bc eating in...they called number (not our table number) and gave us no receipt to know our meal was ready. As we were leaving, someone wanted to go in but the door was locked. Sorry we stopped."
"This McDonald's is near the interstate which is convenient for customers. They have big macs, quarter pounders, fish fillets, french fries and much more. This place was really clean and the burgers were really hot and fresh.. I really like this McDonald's and will be coming back if I'm in this area. I highly recommend this Mickey D's. "If you are thinking about going to McDonald’s in Richmond do not go to the McDonald’s that’s on Brook and Parham Road. I sat inside for 20 minutes after a small order. 4 to 5 employees walked past me and didn’t ask me if I needed help. Two women stood around and talked so much about nothing like they were in high school. The late night crew is pretty decent but they forget food all the time."
