"This is about a complaint about finding a Band aid in my food, and now I feel really sick. My cousin, his girlfriend and I came to the McDonalds drive thru around 6:30ish pm on 02/03/24 and ordered our food in 2 separate orders. When we received our food, we realized that we were missing a mcchicken for one of our orders, we got that resolved quickly with no complaint. But, thats just to add on top for what Im about to tell you what I found. When we came back home we were eating our food and my cousin found the rubber part of the band aid in his food. We went back since we live relatively close to the location and asked for a new meal for my cousin ( mind you I still havent got to my food and its waiting back home in the bag) they gave us a fresh meal and the lady behind the counter said that "it was probably the paper bag that accidentally fell in the food and we shouldn't worry about it". We got our meal and came back home thinking nothing of it, I was eating most of my food, but while I got to the fries towards the bottom, I found the cotton part of the bandaid with BLOOOD ON IT!! We came back a second time and asked for a refund respectfully. The Manager Lady told us no because we ate most of the meal, and only gave us 11 dollars for the Big Mac meal which my cousin didnt eat ,it was also the meal we had re done with the rubber part of the bandaid that was found the first time; we left with the building unsatisfied because we didnt get our money back. It also really disgusting, people can get sick, WORST CASE STDS!! so I left pretty pissed but respectfully because Im not the type of person to confront about these situations, but now that I think about I wished I shouldve because later that night around 10pm I started feeling nauseous and started throwing up. So thats why Im writing this review, I would love to talk to an actual Manager or another higher up to help me resolve this situation because THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, IT MAKES ME NEVER WANT TO EAT MCDONALDS AGAIN, I LEFT NOT ONLY UNSATISFIED, BUT REALLY DISGUSTED ESPECIALLY NOW BECAUSE I STARTED THROWING UP LATER THAT NIGHT. We came around 6:30pm came back the first time around 7pm, and the last time around 7:20pm so in total we had to come to the location 3 times and left disappointed. "A friend of mine, her husband is a Veteran, as well as I am... I drove from Staunton/Waynesboro to Richmond, VA for his wife's doctor's appointment. This would be my very first time going to Richmond, VA. We were hungry and his wife wanted to stop at McDonalds. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal, I wanted a Sprite with my meal. His wife went into the restaurant, and then she was back at the car. That was fast. My meal... I took a sip of my Sprite...it tasted funky. The tater reminds me of when no one bothered to clean the nozzles on the machine for 2 to 3 weeks. The taste was of a sugary, stale and left out in the open. It tasted also of something plastic and unclean. I took the Double Cheeseburger out of the wrapping and bit into it without looking at it. I haven't eaten McDonald's in almost a year. Three quarters thru the burger, I looked at the meat. What was left of the meat it looked like two patties have been left in the warmer way past the time ... It looked like it was sitting in the warmer for 2 hours. The patties were almost black, they were a very dark brown. I took 4 small sips of the Sprite to wash down the Double Cheeseburger. The only thing that was 100% on the money were the fries. They were hot and fresh. Yes, I did eat the whole double cheeseburger, I was hungry. I was very disappointed... I mean my favorite item on the entire menu was ruined for me."

"Ordered a cheeseburger bundle and a mcnugget bundle..cashier(with piercings Told me that I could get my receipt at the second window after waiting. Probably 4 minutes. I get to the second window. No receipt is offered. Didn't want to give me ketchup. Gives me my food, I get Home. I have 10 fries in one. And 20 in the other, the food is ice cold. So I call Martin the manager. He asked me if I had a receipt and I tell him no. Your girl didn't get me one and he says we'll bring food back and I'll give you a refund. I show up he can't give me a refund because piercings didn't give me my receipt. But he could remake my food. I don't know why you say 3 packets of raw fries. Is gonna make me happy. I would have just liked what I ordered. Which was a 6 piece yeah, gave me 4. At least they were warm. They're not now. Do not ever get food from here without your receipt. I have never, ever in my life. Seen such poor customer service. Eat here at your own risk because your food's never gonna be hot. THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER. ..use to be good one. Not anymore"

"Can NEVER get help in this place. I went in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes without so much as a greeting. I asked a employee ifI could place an order and was told someone would help me when they have time. 5 employees visible and not one could assist. I walked out with no food. There was a homeless fella there as well, who I was also about to order some food for. If it takes 10 minutes to order your food and 10 minutes for them to make your food that isn’t fast food."
