"It’s been ages since I’ve been to Jimmy John’s. This reminder was a good reason why. I got a Thai chicken wrap, and a regular Italian sub cold cut. The wrap was old and crusted around the side, the lettuce was brown, the chicken was cold and the peanut sauce was drizzled so heavy it was chokingly sweet. All in all, it was a mess, not tasty, not fresh. So I’m hoping the redeeming value is in the Italian sub. After taking these photos of the wrap I open the Italian. I take one bite of the end, but the bread is so hard, and there’s so much sauce/mayo and soft ingredients that tomato lettuce mayo, some salami shoot out the other side like a rocket. Immediately in the trash with that as well. Everyone in the store is nice and enough but, seems like they don’t really want to be there or put any care in their food, and they just serve what they have just to get a customer in and out the door. Will not be going back ever."

"Subs are good. However it’s extremely frustrating that if you do a mobile order your chips are not included in the bag. This makes it way too easy to grab your bag and leave thinking everything is included, since that’s how it is with every other restaurant you do a mobile order with. However at least some heads up that you have to grab the chips on your own would be nice. Even more frustrating is the last 3-4 times I ordered here and picked up any time after 8 they had already dumped out the tea and said they weren’t serving any more for the rest of the night. I’ll end up going to a different Jimmy Johns up the road from now on."
