"Accepted order for delivery over DoorDash only to have driver wait ten minutes. When I call, they stated the order was canceled and there was no driver there. Yet, the driver is calling me and telling me they are stating that I had canceled the order. If you dont want to accept orders at 10:30 pm, change your hours. Don't accept the order and then lie stating the customer canceled because you closed up early. Dishonest and deceptive. Was my first time attempting to try this restaurant, but after that experience, will never take my business back here."
"Update: October 2023- My neighborhood had a Halloween party yesterday and I ordered 20 pies from Marco’s. So many people asked where it was from and everyone enjoyed it! I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. Brady was especially so helpful in helping me figure out what would be the best for a crowd that large and his communication and patience with my order didn’t go unnoticed. I will surely go back to this location for our next party. A+ from start to finish. Our school had a fundraiser with them a couple weeks ago and our kids and the adults loved it! Very fresh and generous with toppings. We went back again tonight. They have fantastic customer service too."

"I really don’t like putting up bad things about any establishment but the truth is the truth and here it is. Overall the pizza was “ok” wasn’t the best in terms of fast made pizza chains. Not sure if that metal part was supposed to be part of the pizza box but it was. Overall I wouldn’t recommend or ever go back Marco’s Pizza."
"This place is finally open. As someone who loves pizza I was excited to try it and had never had a Marco's pizza before so did not have any expectations, but very much enjoyed it. Crust was light and fresh tasting, sauce was good (as were the dipping sauces) and I love the crispy "cup" style of pepperoni. Will definitely go back, probably many times."
