"These individuals that work hear have very low standards the guy running the register looks dirty has on a dirty skull cap dirty jeans look homeless they handling food with no gloves I had my grandsons with me and I waited 20 min to receive the wrong sandwich I order a Big Mac meal and received a bacon double quarter pounder employee come from behind the counter and return with out washing hands there was completely no leadership on display very bad store at least from this experience!!!! I should of ask for my money back but that would of took another 20 min"

"Other than the cleanliness of this place and food is actually 80%fresh and hot the service here sucks. The management team is rude and cusses at the customers the employees barely help the front customers u stand in line for 10 to 20 min just to be cussed out or they're being disrespectfully rude. They don't pay attention to the directions for the mc cafe orders and the espresso machine is always broke. There's one customer like me is a regular and they have ran behind her in the bathroom to tell her she's in the wrong one and she's not like even the store manager if I'm not mistaken is a Hispanic dude he's cussed me out for no reason someone in their district needs to come and clean house asap before yal loose a lot of business here"

"Wanted a few extra hot mustard packs for my fries and the girl tried charging me 30 cents each for them. Which is fine, she was just rude to me about it. Probably cause I was the only white boy in the place."
