"Stopped by Saturday for a 9pm donut run. Half of exterior lighting was out. Staff were standing around inside doing nothing. A couple of customers were standing around inside as well. Went in...surprise surprise, almost no donuts! Was the third time I have tried this location over the past few years AND THE SAME RESULT. We drove to the Richmond location and had hot donuts and friendly staff, again, same as our normal result. I am amazed the Midlothian location stays in operation with such poor operations."

"Nice, neat, and clean. The employees left something to be desired. They were not friendly and seemed they didn't want to help anyone. 3 girls just hanging around with people waiting to give their orders. It was pitiful."

"Hey, it's Krispy Kreme! The king treats for special times, from beach trips to shopping outings or taking the grandkids to see the donut making machine! Great stuff but watch out as they are as addicting as cocaine and probably more expensive at this point at about $14 a dozen. The memories in my head over the years are priceless!"

"I ordered 3 apple fritters and I received what appears to be cinnamon buns masquerading as apple fritters lol. I told the employee that they looked like cinnamon buns and she said "no, see the little apples". Then she walked away and yelled to the back "WHO MADE THESE"? The staff was nice but I know what apple fritters look like lol smh."

"This drive thru was fast and rude. They were very busy because of the grads, none the less the young girl in the drive thru was rude and didn't give me a receipt. when I asked for one, she closed the window and walked away. She didn't even scan my app. It was my first time at this location and last. On a better note, the fan favs are delicious"
