"I haven't patronized Panera bread in years. The drive thru associate (young female, AA ) was patient and kind with me as I navigated through the menu and asked questions; I am appreciative and will return. I ordered the Cobb salad with chicken (or turkey) and flatbread pizza. I'm very pleased and impressed with the freshness of all the ingredients that makes up the Cobb salad especially the tenderness of the grilled chicken. It's a very testy salad, you won't be disappointed. The flatbread pizza isn't for me, the bread was tough and chewy. I picked the pepperoni and cheese off and was satisfied with doing that. However doesn't mean it wouldn't be enjoyed by another customer."

"The new store design is terrible. All the nice Panera-brand coziness is gone. It feels like a fast food place, not a place to sit and have a conversation. If they’re trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible, it’s working."

"Not as many seating options compared to other locations. I was there for about an hour and the decaf coffee was never replaced, after I alerted a team member that it was empty (they simply removed the dispenser). The pastries looked amazing!"

"Panera just lost us as customers. Ordered a turkey sandwich and a tuna with EXTRA tuna. There was no tuna on half of the sandwich. Sucks. Turkey sandwich was fine but not willing to spend $35 on two sandwiches when one side of the tuna sandwich has no tuna at all. Only thing double was the lettuce, which we did not want doubled. Manager was kind enough to refund the order. Lesson learned."

"Food is very good and tasty. Plenty of cold drinks and coffees for your selection. Food comes out in a timely manner. They forgot to give us a fruit cup one time. The order tablets don't always work correctly. Overall great place to eat for a quick bite."
