"milkshakes tasted sour so we came back for a refund. refused to give refund and kept telling us they are supposed to taste like that even though we told her we get them all the time and they are not."

"This place take 50 years to get just a drink sent out to you. I ordered my drink over 25 minutes ago and I’m about to go crazy waiting on it. Absolutely Insanity. You could probably die here waiting so long."

"This is not the best Sonic that we have been to. My son's chicken was fine, but my grilled cheese was burned, had an insane amount of mayonnaise, and my tater tots were so burned they were like rocks. Probably will not be back to this location, we visit Sonic quite often but usually go to the one beside Walmart and have excellent food."

"Tonight I visited this Sonic location for two DoorDash orders. I had a customer named Mary A, and the female cashier gave me nothing but attitude about not having it even though it was on my phone. She didn't double check, and she also kept giving me the look when she was taking orders while I was trying to carry on a conversation with her. I think it's hilarious. It's funny to also mention that she was horseplaying around with her male coworker because she didn't know how to make ice cream, especially when I was the only person in the drive-through.Thank you sonic for choosing Mary as my server because I lost five dollars tonight because of her."

"If this is what you call the number 8 “LARGE POPCORN CHICKEN”..then what are bread crumbs? Never have I been more displeased with Sonic. Other entree ordered was wings, this was my SO meal, and he eats his entire meal regardless of circumstances, but was completely dissatisfied as well. I cant believe we paid $21 for the quality of the food we received. I have no complaints about my meals in the past, and the staff was kind, and we received the food quickly."
