"This is just unacceptable. I am just 17 years old and I have to say I have never written a review, but this was my breaking point. My father few weeks back had an encounter with this McDonalds with 2 missed order on 2 separate occasions. In return, they barely gave enough store credit to buy 1 quarter pounder. Then today I made the mistake of giving them another chance. Our mobile order clearly went through, and they refused to give us our order because it wasn’t on their “interface”. We had receipts, bank spending history, you name it. They told us to go to a bank and figure it out. Not worth all that for some mediocre food. Talk about attitude as well. Next time you even think about coming here, I highly recommend asking for directions to the Lee Highway McDonalds not far from here. Do better, and shame on you."

"If you make me order at a kiosk, the least you could do is get it right! And if the only person I can find didn't speak English, the least you could do is have her interpreter available. And if you're making a spicy chicken sandwich, the least you could do is not have ALL of the spice concentrated in one single bite!"

"Unfortunately, I have to update my previously decent review. The past few times I've been to this location and used mobile pay, I haven't received a receipt. I wasn't even asked if I wanted it. Which is annoying because I would've left this feedback on the receipt survey. But alas, here we are. Unsalted fries, a large size meal that I wasn't asked about but apparently paid for, no receipt. I had to greet the ordering window myself as I just sat there for a whole minute listening to kitchen clatter and heavy breathing. Not a hi, not a screw you, not even a "thank you for choosing mcdonalds please hold", nothing. It tastes like they switched to a freestyle coke machine instead of the OG, so it just tastes like dark sprite. My original review: I've been here a few times, pretty hit or miss in my experience on it being really good or just alright. Never bad, though."

"The food is fresh and good quality. Staff are friendly and great customer service. To avoid the line whether from drive-through or walk-in, it's recommended to order through the apps. There are also many deals and point for you. More importantly, we can customize your order(s). It's better to check your order before leaving the premises to make sure you have your right order. It's really clean and plenty of seats inside."
