"I was not listened to when I tried to explain to Jeremy about my car and when I went back and told them it was not fixed I was told it would cost me 119 dollars per hour to find out what was causing the problem. I had already paid almost 400 dollars for the work that didn't fix my car. I bought the car from Freedom but will never buy a car or use their repair shop again. I will also discourage anyone I know from doing the same."
