"They had to come back a second time to fix a failed drywall patch and proceeded to charge another $400 to respackle and sand on top of the $600 I already had paid in order to fix it the first time. If it was done right the first time they wouldn’t have had to come back at all!!!!! They charged another $400 for the 2nd visit to fix the first fail because it had to be sanded, which I agreed to. What drywall job doesn’t have to be sanded? Absolutely ridiculous company that doesn’t stand behind their work. $1000 to do a simple drywall repair. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They will rip you off."

"Scheduled a tech to come out to install a new vanity for a bathroom, scheduled time was noon on a weekday. Called the company multiple times as they kept pushing the time back throughout the day. Technician finally shows up at 4:45 PM, took a look around and said he couldn't do the job that day so he left. We are in the middle of updating our house and have multiple jobs going on so any deviation from the schedule throws off other jobs. Called the company and they had a pretty bland response of "yeah sorry we overbooked the tech". Tech came back the next day and did a fairly decent job but its by the hour and took him nearly 6 hours to do the job. After finishing the job i learn that the company charges a 3% transaction fee to pay by credit card (not that big of a deal except that isn't advertised anywhere until after the work is done), and there is no way to pay online. Additionally we asked about a veteran discounts as both my wife and are vets. The company had given us a 30$ off due to the inconvenience from the previous day but now Sara the accounts manager tells me that since they "gave us 30$ off" due to the inconvenience that we aren't eligible to use a discount we had for both my wife and I being vets. We also had a flyer they mailed us to use for some money off any job 475$ or more (our job for a vanity and three pieces of trim was over 700$). I want to make clear that the tech is not at fault here, they overbooked him and didn't explain the job to him prior to him showing up (his words). My problem is mainly with the account manager (Sara) and the company's dishonest and deceitful business practices, also not vet friendly. Will never use this business again and would recommend going elsewhere for services."

"After reading the reviews, we decided to give this company a shot to fix our bathroom since we have had bad experiences with independent contractors that say they will show up, but then don't. Not sure if this is the norm now, so we decided to go with an actually 'known' company. Unfortunately, this company is no different. The contractor says he will show up at a certain time, then when we call Jeeves, they put us through the person which seems to always have an excuse. Eye doctor, dropping off or picking up something, etc. They say they will be here at 9am, they don't show up until 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, etc.. My husband and I work, we also have a son that we have to pick up from school, so waiting around until they "feel" like showing up is super disrespectful and not professional. They come late and leave late, which is also not ideal if you have a young child. They obviously do not care about your time, or respect the fact that you have a young child that goes to bed at 7:30pm. Week#1, they started on a Tuesday, when they said they would begin that Monday. They worked Tues, Wed & Thurs (approx 6-7hrs days), no one showed up Friday. We are now on Week #2, Wednesday, and there is still no one here to complete the work. Jeeves needs to be more honest and hold their contractors accountable. I will update my rating if and when our bathroom is complete. Updated Review: Week #2 - Wednesday, the contractors did not show up until noon. After I had left the review above that day, they said they will be back on Thursday at 9am and they actually showed up on time. If I had not left the review, I am not sure if anything would have changed. Jeeves was eventually able to get the contractors to come on time on the last day (Thursday) to work with us based on the inconvenience. The contractors completed almost all of the work which I would say came out as adequate to good."

"The rep from Jeeves was GREAT. Mike showed up and did the work efficiently, professionally and answered all my questions. His work was top notch and I cannot even tell where the hole in my ceiling was prior to his fixing it (and I have been living with that hole for three months). He fixed a job screwed up by another company and I only wish I had discovered Jeeves BEFORE the other company because I have no doubt it would have been more professional, more efficient, and much, much less stress. Thank you and I will not only keep you number handy, but will recommend you to my neighbors and friends. GREAT JOB!"
