Bojangles

"My best friend and I stopped here after a long stretch on the road. We both had chicken strips. I had the mashed potatoes on the side. My best friend had French fries. Although the service was friendly and fast, the food was not as hot as we had hoped. We had to heat up the food, despite our lodging only being mere minutes away from there. The chicken was the main highlight. The appearance of the mashed potatoes threw me off but that's because I'm used to darker gravy. My best friend's fries weren't as fresh as she'd prefer them. I'm not saying that I wouldn't eat there again, just going to chalk it up to perhaps an off night."

"I work in the fast food industry myself, so I 100% understand being short-staffed and doing the best with what you've got. However, I have tried to get food at this location 3 separate times over the last few weeks and it has left a lot to be desired. 2 out of the 3 visits, there's been NO seasoning on my fries. Not a single bit. The seasoning is what people love about Bojangles fries. Without it, they suck. PLEASE put the seasoning on the fries!!"

"The food is good if you're looking for classic southern biscuits and fried chicken fare. It's definitely better than KFC, but maybe not on the level of Chick-fil-A, although it is certainly cheaper. Their steak biscuits are amazing... but gracious! Watch out for sodium, fat, cholesterol, and calories. Too much of this is a heart attack waiting to happen. The staff here is friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The only reason I gave them three stars is that their breakfast drive-through is inordinately slow, and this has happened to me at this location on multiple occasions. I ordered a gravy biscuit combo with hash browns and a coffee. I waited over 25 minutes in the drive-through with only two cars in front of me. The drive-through attendant said it was because I ordered hash browns, but seriously, they need to get organized. In a scenario that should have taken 7-10 minutes, I was late to work. That is not to mention on this as well as my previous three visits, they have "been out of cream" for my coffee, and they "don't make Cheddar-Bo biscuits here...for that you'll have to go to Charlotte, North Carolina." I think Bojangles needs to step up their efficiency."

"I didn’t take the best photos but the food was amazing. This was my first time having Bojangles and it didn’t disappoint me at all. The tenders were crispy and the fries were the best seasoned fast food fries I’ve ever had from anywhere. The customer service was great everyone in this establishment was helpful. The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere."
