"I gave my local Food City 2 stars because of their poor quality produce department. Just don't buy your vegetables here. Broccoli is limp with mostly massive stems from several trimmings, lettuce is brown and wilted, and the mushrooms that should be pristine white are streaked with brown from age. Not just gross to look at, but downright dangerous to consume at that point! I drive to Food Lion in Mountain City now, twice the drive, but worth it."

"First, the Starbucks in this location is actually awful. Employees eating while making drinks, they are untrained, and don’t know how to make drinks (I’ve worked at Starbucks for years) The store itself is huge, clean, nice, and has lots of options. This is one of the better Food City’s however, I wouldn’t trust the meat on the salad bar because I don’t trust it is rotated on schedule. It was looking a little off."
