"I placed an order here at 10:30 online and they canceled my order when they don’t close until 11 I’ll be spending my money elsewhere and not on these bunch of lazy people who are too sorry to do their job"

"Was a great place to eat untill recently we tried to call an order in called 45 mins before arriving to find out the order was never placed in the first place. Told the lady 4 times we wanted to pick up in abengdion location.. Needless to say still sitting and waiting a second time just to get 2 pizzas... never again..... smh"

"We got a pizza last night. My 3 year old daughter and I have been sick to our stomach since last night. Feeling drained and sick. Staying in the bathroom for the majority of this day. This is ridiculous! I don’t know if it’s the amount of grease or if something contaminated the food or what but I do know I had 2 pieces of pizza and my stomach is still tearing up. Definitely won’t be eating here again."

"I'm leaving two stars because the food it's usually decent but it's the service that makes ordering from there miserable. I've been hung up on several times and the manager hid from me when I arrived to pick up my food. I was not irate or screaming I just wanted an apology for being treated so rudely. Never got the apology and I'll be honest we do still order from there because we can't justify driving over an hour to a different store."

"I have never had such a bad experience with pizza delivery. I placed a delivery order and was told it would be 45 to 55 minutes, which was fine. However when one hour went by I thought I better call and just check and see if it had left the store yet. I was told that The driver had just pulled out with my order. Well 20 minutes goes by and still no order so I call back and was told that the driver stated he was getting off the exit to my house so it should be here anytime. Well after another 10 minutes I called back and stated that my food was still not here and basically was told the exact same thing that he should be getting here any minute. After a couple times of doing this I finally stated to the manager of the store, Ben I think, that I was not going to take cold food since it had now been right at 1 hour since it had left the store. My food came 10 minutes after that phone call and I refused the order and not once did the manager offer do anything to help me in the situation. It was just the opposite. I feel like he could have at least offered to remake my order since he himself knew exactly when it left the store and how long it had been out to be delivered. The worst part is my vehicle is broke down and delivery was the only option I had since I only had cash."
